Licence Condition
The licensee must complete and provide a copy of the detailed design for the Sewage Treatment Plant upgrade ("The Bombala STP upgrades detailed design") by 31 December 2018
The licensee must commission the STP upgrades detailed in the Bombala STP upgrades detailed design by 30 June 2021.
The licensee must provide a written report detailing how the actions/works as required by U1.2 have been implemented at the premises to the Manager, South East Region of the EPA by 31 July 2021.
